The Difference 6 Weeks Can Make

Wordless Wednesday gives me a wonderful excuse to post pictures of our Rosebud.
Same chair, same baby.... just 6 weeks later. Seems like a speed frame to me.

In the south, we snuggle a baby and tell them, "I'm going to get your sugar." Now you know why- don't you see the sugar crystals on her cheeks?!

Beautiful! "I'm going to get your sugar." I have never heard that. Here in yankee territory, we say "How big is baby?" "Soooo big!" and put our arms up in the air on the so big part. Why do we say that? I have no idea.

She is just gorgeous! I want to pick her up and squeeze here. Now just wait until another 6 weeks have gone by and try this again.

She is adorable. And they do grow fast! Wow! Makes me miss my little ones being babies. Except for the freedom of having elementary schoolers. :-)
